To make it easy for our customers, we do not require our Fast Charge chargers to be registered for the 24 month warranty that comes with your charger. For chargers purchased after September 1st, 2024 you may go here to register for an extended 60 month warranty.

If the troubleshooting steps were unsuccessful and you are still experiencing issues, please complete a Warranty Application to make a warranty claim.
